Foo Hung Curios is a curated gift shop located inside the Chinatown Storytelling Centre in Vancouver, BC. We sell home goods, stationery, art, jewelry, books, and lifestyle products that celebrate Asian-Canadian and Asian heritage through a contemporary lens — connecting tradition with today. All proceeds directly fund the programs of the Chinatown Storytelling Centre.
The name honours the original Foo Hung Company (輔行雜貨公司), established in 1921 in Vancouver's Chinatown by Ron Bick Lee. In Chinese, "Foo Hung" (相輔而行) means "walking side by side together"— a philosophy that shapes everything we do. The original company was one of Canada's leading importers of Asian goods, and even operated a branch in Hong Kong. We carry that legacy forward by supporting Chinese Canadian artists and community storytelling.
The Chinatown Storytelling Centre is a community space in Vancouver's historic Chinatown dedicated to preserving and sharing stories of the Chinese Canadian community. Foo Hung Curios is proud to be part of this vision — our shop is intentionally located within the Centre, and 100% of our gift shop proceeds fund its programs. Shopping with us is a direct act of supporting Chinese Canadian culture.

168 East Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1T3. We are in the heart of Vancouver's historic Chinatown, easily accessible by transit (Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain station is a short walk away).
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available and takes 2-3 business days.
We are open every day, 10 AM – 5 PM. Occasional closures may apply on select holidays — please check our Google Business Profile or email us to confirm before making a special trip. We recommend following us on social media for any updates.
Yes! In-store pickup is available and free of charge. Be sure to select, Pick Up In-Store when ordering, and you'll receive an email with pickup instructions. Please bring your photo ID and order confirmation when you come in.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days of being placed. Standard shipping within Canada takes 1–8 business days for most regions after dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on your province and carrier volume.
Currently, we ship only within Canada. If you're outside Canada and interested in our products, please contact us— we may be able to assist or explore options on a case-by-case basis.
We offer exchange or store credit (not cash refunds) within 7 days of delivery (online) or receipt (in-store). Items must be:

— With original tags and packaging intact
