ArtketGoods creates unique Asian-inspired candles and was founded in Toronto by Francesca Chan in Jan 2020. She is a full-time graphic designer and the pandemic allowed her to explore and share her own creativity through candle making.
Chan, whose parents emigrated to Canada from Hong Kong when she was 9 years old, spent most of her childhood in Hong Kong and Vancouver. Her childhood was filled with the flavours and experiences of beloved Asian snacks and treats which inspired her to recreate those scents and embrace Asian culture through her candles.
